MEET SHALIKA
Shalika is an AUSactive Registered Exercise Professional and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified trainer, With additional expertise as a Mental Health First Aider with a 20-year career as a professional cricketer. His passion for fitness and movement was shaped by his sports background, providing him with a deep understanding of training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Personal experiences with injuries have further reinforced his appreciation for the real value of sustainable and effective fitness strategies.
His approach starts with you, the client. Recognising that everyone’s journey is unique, Shalika focuses on understanding your individual needs and goals. Specialising in weight loss, functional training, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, he creates personalised, goal-driven programs that prioritize sustainable, pain-free movement. Shalika’s holistic approach ensures you improve not just your fitness but your overall quality of life, empowering you to move better and live healthier every day.
